Ozeri makes many items for the home. Out of their kitchen line, I think the 8" Green Earth Pan takes the cake for me. So well made and very easy to use. They use Textured Ceramic Non-Stick Coating from Germany on all of their pans. It makes for easy cooking and an even easier clean up.

My husband is the main cook in our home, so I gave him the privilege of trying it out first. The first thing he made it in was scrambled eggs, cubed ham and cheese to use in a breakfast wrap.

He didn't have to spray anything into the pan before usage. It cooked very nicely and there was no need to keep an eye on it to make sure it didn't end up burnt.

After the food got done cooking, the pan was almost clean itself before wiping or washing. With all of our other non-stick pans, we normally have to spray them down first and even then it's not always guaranteed that they will come out with hardly anything on them after cooking.

This Ozeri pan is amazing. My husband says it's his new favorite cooking item in the kitchen to use. I made myself a grilled cheese a couple days later and it still had the same effect. Easy cooking and very easy clean up. No burnt grilled cheese or leftover crumbs from the bread left behind.

What do I love the most about it? I love the easy clean up. As the person in the household who does the dishes, it makes it so much easier on me. I also love the equal heat distribution throughout the entire pan. No hot spots here or there.

Ozeri makes some pretty awesome and quality products. The Earth Pan will be loved by anyone who uses it. Makes a great gift for the cook in your life or for anyone.
