As a woman in her late 20's, I can honestly say I don't dance too much nor have I ever. If anything, all I did was booty shaking type dances. Haven't done those in years for many reasons.

When I was chosen to review the Salsa Dance dvd system, I was excited but worried. With my back condition, I actually freaked out at first. My husband and I have only ever slow danced together, so this was something new for us. I knew going into it that it would probably end up being us mostly laughing because of how new it was to us. I was correct on that. Hehe.

It not only brought us together and made us laugh but it was also a romantic experience. It's like, "Hey! I am learning this dance with you. The person I love and want to spend the rest of my life with. Who better to learn it with?" 

It is definitely also a workout. I just have to ease myself into it and not overdo it and cause more complications with my back. I agree that it is a great weight loss option.
