I have been on the search for awhile now to find a pedometer that fits me and my kind of lifestyle. I am limited on what I can do as far as exercising goes with my back condition, so the one thing I do and enjoy doing for exercise is walking. Not just to exercise but to also get my youngest daughter outside to get some fresh air. Most often I am walking around the grocery store doing all of my shopping for the week. Outside of shopping, the only other time I really get a chance to walk is when we walk to get my oldest daughter from school.

I have promised myself to get into the habit of walking at the very least 10,000 steps a day. It can be any kind of walking, even if it's just doing stuff around my home. Every little bit counts at the end of the day. This is where this awesome Ozeri pedometer comes in.

I have purchased a couple other pedometers in the past and was very disappointed in them. They were NEVER accurate and half of the time they never worked correctly. That's pretty much what you pay for when it's not only cheap but cheaply made.

My experience with this Ozeri pedometer has been nothing short of amazing. I love how accurate it is and how it stores my data until I'm ready to clear it out. I'd like to start keeping track of my progress in a notebook, so when I don't have time right away to write it down, I feel confident enough that this pedometer will store it for me at a later time and it does!

With the other pedometers, I HAD to wear them on the hip part of my pants. With this one, I can easily wear it around my neck, so it's out of the way and not making my side feel uncomfortable. It just blows me away how accurate it is no matter what part of my body it's on.

I love that it has a calendar. I want to eventually build myself up to do 30 day challenges as far as walking goes at a fast pace. Maybe eventually even start running. So the fact that there is a calendar installed in it will make it easier for me to keep track of what day I am on and what my challenge is.

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with this pedometer. I plan to continue to use it for my daily walks and even when I go shopping. I also now know of a truly great pedometer product to recommend to family, friends and even my readers.

Disclosure: I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review on my blog. All opinions are my own. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
