in the USA. They use 60% HCA. It is known to be a fast acting weight loss
supplement.

I have heard a lot recently about the product known as Garcinia Cambogia and how it can help with weight loss. I'll admit I was rather skeptical that it would ever work. I tried it for 1 week and lost 1.4 lbs. I also made it a point to walk 2.2 miles every other day on my treadmill along with taking the pills with a glass of water. After taking it, I did notice that it helped me portion out my meals and not overeat. I stayed fuller longer and I cut back a lot on my night eating during the first week. I plan on continuing out the remainder of the bottle and hope it helps me lose at least 5 lbs by the end of the month. Maybe more.
